Danny is Richard's right-hand man. He has the knowledge to make the correct decisions in Richard's absence.
He has worked for our company since before it became a Limited Company in 1998, and has proved himself over the years.

Steve is our carpenter. He is Tim's brother-in-law and has been with the company since prior to 1998 too.
He is loyal, efficient and very capable, and often will be left to run a job, as we know it will be in safe hands.

Ann is our office manager. She too is related, being Richard's aunt and Tim's brother's wife.
She started in the office for Tim some twelve years ago as the bookkeeper, but over the years has become more involved in the pricing of works due to her Management Accounts training in costing.

Tony is our longest serving employee. He has been with Tim for more years than any of them care to remember.
He specialises in our disabled facilities and is very good with our customer relations in this area, with his caring nature.

Following on from this we have Ricky our plasterer and his loyal assistant Stuart.
They joined out team three years ago when our previous plasterer retired, and have proved an important addition to our team.

Ryan is our trainee plumber. He is Danny's brother-in-law and was previously employed as our driver.
Having proved his ambition to learn a profession we are sending him to college on day release for plumbing.

At present Paul is the employee name of the year, as we have four of them working for us -
There's Paul the bricky, who most customers see at the beginning of the job, but he seldom gets to see the finished article.
Then there's Paul who often assists Steve, also known as Wigg, a good all rounder.
Paul the painter, alias Bingo, started with us last year, but was a sub-contractor prior to this.
Lastly there's Paul the driver - our newest addition to the team, but proving his worth.

In the office we have Tricia, out part-time bookkeeper, who ably assists Ann and Katie, Richard's wife, who is learning the ropes.

Heather, our companies name sake and Tim's wife, helps out when needed, and she completes our team.

As you can see we are a very family based company, and pride ourselves on good service, good workmanship and satisfied clients.
